Our client is a leading MNC in financial services domain with shared service centres across multiple cities in India. With the growth in their business in India, they are looking to hire a seasoned HR professional with prior experience across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management in a team-leading role.
Description :
- Reporting into CHRO, you will work very closely with business leaders to drive the TA agenda across the organization and responsible to drive initiatives for talent management across levels.
- You will drive the hiring strategy for the organization including tech hiring and lateral hiring to attract high caliber talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.
- Lead the end-to-end talent management function with support of a team.
Profile :
- MBA from a reputed institution with around 12 to 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions.
- Prior experience of working with a reputed MNC in the financial services domain is a must.
