We have opening for Global Head of Talent Acquisition role at Chennai to lead the entire lateral (mostly technology) hiring portfolio. S/he would play a pivotal role in building global teams across Application Services, Business Process Services, Cloud Services, Consulting Services, CX, Cyber Security, Data And Analytics, Digital Product Engineering, Enterprise Automation, Enterprise Services, Infrastructure Management Services, Metaverse, Testing Services and more.
TA Leaders with expertise building high performing global teams, formulating, designing & implementing innovative recruitment strategies at-scale & currently managing high-performing team of recruiters - please reach out if you're keen. The position is based out of Chennai only.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Looking for Global TA head for all lateral hirings for ITEs Company.
- Should be strong in tech hirings and based out of Chennai only.
- Exp should be 18+ years.
- Overseeing sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes.
- Ensuring that talent acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives.
- Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent acquisition.
- Creating and proofing guidelines for hiring practices within the organization.
- Building relationships with key organizations, bodies, and institutes.
- Participating in meetings with talent acquisition managers and other executives.
