We are looking at someone who can join our HR team and be a major driver & enabler of our growth journey by leading Talent Acquisition & Branding from the front.

We are looking at someone who can help us with :

- Formulation and Implementation of TA strategies which can bring in talent to support the headcount growth of 50% in one year and 300% in next 3-4 years

- Conceptualization & Implementation of Branding strategies to attract more talent, create brand presence in target market in line with our employee value proposition

- Working with functions heads and HR head to do the resource planning and designing the TA strategy to accomplish the same

Competencies & Skills Required :

- Master's degree in human resources from good B School such as with minimum experience of 7-8 years in TA & Branding Area

- Strong stakeholder management skills along with outstanding communication (written and oral), collaboration, interpersonal, team management and leadership skills is must
