- Stakeholder Management-Collaborated with Stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and goals, the resource demand with regards to existing business activities, organization structure, and future growth plan. - Market Intel - Recruitment market research based on location, skills, compensation, bandwidth etc. - Team Management - Give direction to the team and mentor them for effective delivery. - Sourcing - Sourcing candidates through Social Networking sites, Job Portals, Advertisements, Database, Employee Referrals - Screening - Candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc - Scheduling - Taking the initial Pre-HR discussions and aligning the candidates for the technical / client discussion. - Panel Management - Handling the interview panel management activities, new panel shadowing, and coordinating in terms of scheduling interviews. - Vendor Management - Manage multiple vendors for the allocated positions. - Walk-In Interviews - Conducting walk-in drives for Campus as well as lateral hiring. - Offer Approval - Preparing Offer Approvals and negotiating on compensation. - Offer Release - Doing the HR interviews and to generate offers post selection. - BGV Process - Post Selection HR discussion, documentation, and filing for background verification checks. - POFU - Managing the post-offer follow-up events for the candidates to be onboarded. - Onboarding - Effective and smooth onboarding of new hires in coordination with the HR Active team. - Tools - Have to have experience of working on RMS.
