Key performance indicators : - Lead and manage an talent acquisition team, with responsibility for coaching and development - Stakeholder management; partnering closely with the business and HR to understand hiring needs and implement proactive talent strategies that align with this - Hands-on end to end recruitment, delivering a great experience to both candidates and stakeholders. Including sourcing, screening and assessing candidates. - Testing out new approaches to talent attraction, experimenting with tools and technology and always focussing on improving our processes - Designing recruitment strategies to ensure we attract the best talent through direct sourcing - Acting as a talent advisor to instill a culture of recruiting amongst your business groups; driving alignment, stakeholder engagement and best practice across the hiring process - Able to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. - Participate in value-add projects across talent acquisition Desired skills &amp; experience : - Extensive in-house recruitment experience in a lead capacity - Prior experience within a recruitment agency, ideally in a lead capacity is highly beneficial - In-depth knowledge of the Indian recruitment landscape - Experience recruiting across a broad range of levels, from high volume projects to senior and exec hires - Extensive experience hiring for a range of business groups from technology to shared service functions - Track record of identifying, attracting and hiring top talent through direct sourcing channels - Ability to work in a varied and ever-changing environment, where flexibility and prioritisation is key to meeting business objectives in the face of changing constraints - Exceptional communication and articulation skills. - Drive and be part of relevant TA projects - Min 8+ years of experience in the field of talent acquisition
