- His responsibilities include managing a team of recruiters and crafting sourcing strategies for various roles, The role is for someone to manage non tech hiring for mid and senior level positions.

Responsibilities :
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Proactively identify and address hiring needs
- Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed
- Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
- Participate in our company's strategic planning
- Experiences : 6 to 12 yrs
- Need to be MBA
- Should have worked in scaling companies from 1 to 10 in consumer internet companies
- Proven work experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
- Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-management abilities
