Roles & Responsibilities:

- Providing consultative and strategic leadership for development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies for attracting niche talent in cutting edge technologies for fulfillment/ to service business needs

- Undertaken entire revamp initiative to relook on existing process to improve & create a robust / scalable system in line with the growth of the organization.

- Enhancement of current systems

- Experience in designing recruitment budgets of 1.5 million USD and responsible for implementation to achieve business goals.

- Implemented Online Technical Assessment Platform for Tech Hiring.

- Designing of interviewer portal to fix interviewer availability problem

- Leading multi-location team, Improved Recruiter productivity through multiple interventions
