Responsibilities : You will partner with business leaders, teams and other COE's of HR to support the onboarding of the right resources and help build an efficient team. You will be managing a team of associates handling the hiring requirements for multiple business units. Your proactive nature will have a major impact in building the team, and accountability towards your responsibilities. Your strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment and ability to partner and communicate effectively with people across all levels of management and organization will be among your core responsibilities. - Provides expertise on labor/talent markets and optimal sourcing strategies. - Provide input on the performance of business and country recruiting teams. - Create and foster a sense of community and increase Talent Acquisition business acumen. - Consult with and coach business/HR leadership. - Understand ROI reporting and regular performance report-outs to tell the Talent Acquisition story - Manage communications with internal stakeholders (such as regional business, HR, and TA teams). - Drive alignment between the business WFP, RPO performance and peer TA Manager strategy and performance - Indirect oversight to contingent RPO team members. - Build strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs. - Lead our sourcing strategies - Provides strategic oversight of end-to-end recruiting delivery across segments. - Manage strategic hiring projects (ramps, new deals, emerging markets and skills, location strategy, rehires, targeted recruiting, etc.). - Develop a hiring strategy that aligns across the university, enterprise, technical and executive hiring demands. Providing oversight with regional implementation. - Provides expertise on labor/talent markets and optimal sourcing strategies.
