Head - Talent Acquisition - IT (12-15 yrs)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and implement site-wide Recruiting strategy
- Partner with HR Partners & Marketing to develop and grow the client employment brand
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the recruiting team
- Align recruiting team's priorities with the business needs on an ongoing basis
- Be the champion for top-notch candidate experience
- Build creative sourcing and selection strategy to generate a pipeline of strong talent
- Project leadership for highly visible recruitment initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
- Conduct market trend analysis regarding competitors, talent pool, and market changes
- Establish proper metrics to drive continuous improvement and predictive analytics and develop customized reports to present findings
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Experience managing a recruiting team, strategy and employment brand, preferably in a Product-centric organization
- Hands-on Tech recruiting experience is a must
- Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills required for success in client roles
- Experience in creating specialized and targeted recruiting campaigns based on the business needs
- Understanding & experience of the role that social media plays in recruitment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate across levels
- Be a great boss, mentor, and leader for the team
- Experience in working in a Matrixed organization structure
- Experience of Recruiting in APAC would be an added advantage
The overall experience of 12-15 years and at least 3-4 years of experience in leading a recruiting team
Qualifications Required
- MBA
- An Engineering qualification is desirable.
