This role creates a long-term recruiting strategy, encompassing best in class systems and processes that enable us to attract the best talent Major responsibilities : - Partner with business stakeholders in proactively identifying talent requirements and designing a fulfilment plan - Drive all recruiting efforts across the organization to ensure - on time fulfilment- of various roles - Invest in building the recruiting team, systems &amp; capabilities that enable us to fulfil our talent requirements in alignment with projected business plans - Positively position and increase brand awareness for company to work for and be proud of, attracting a diverse candidate pool of top talent. - Use innovative techniques and tools to drive sourcing and recruiting with a focus on opening new and effective source channels - Drive a solid stakeholder management culture within the team - Design, develop, implement and evaluate a best-in-class candidate experience - Review existing systems, processes to be able to remove roadblocks and ensure the recruiting run on their efficient best - Work collaboratively with various teams to help solve their challenges and be a trusted advisor - Effectively lead and mentor the Recruiting team to help them achieve their targets &amp; build higher capabilities Profile : - Minimum 10+ years- work experience in Talent Acquisition, with deep expertise in hiring for Engineering, Product Management and Sales &amp; Marketing roles - Deep understanding of the talent markets for relevant skill sets - Prior experience of having led Recruiting in rapidly growing organizations - Exposure to hiring in Software Product, Consumer Internet &amp; Digital organizations Competencies : Strong Project Management capabilities : - At the heart of any efficient recruiting organization lies - efficient planning, organizing and execution of the hiring efforts - A strong recruiting leader should be able to translate business projections into a hiring plan with long term / short term milestones, contingencies, resource requirements etc. - A strong recruiting leader is well organized and can swiftly build well-structured plans as well as execute them Recruiting Subject Matter expertise : - A capable recruiting leader has a strong grasp of the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing, candidate management, fitment to offer closures - Such a person has a strong understanding of the talent markets and can speak with confidence on fulfilment plans for a wide variety of roles / scenarios - Strong grasp of recruiting processes, systems and tools - A strong recruiting leader never becomes - hands off- . They are strong - executive recruiters- and have the ability to roll up their sleeves where required (ex: leadership hiring, niche skills - trophy hiring etc) Strategy and Planning : - The best recruiting leaders have - one step in present- and the other in - future- . They are able to effectively balance between driving efficient recruiting efforts and at the same time planning / strategizing for future - They are able to move beyond operational metrics and design long term plans and roadmaps Stakeholder Management : - Builds a strong trust-based relation with all stakeholders giving them the confidence to be an effective partner - Is able to understand the major problems and effectively problem solve them - Is able to leverage the power of data / analytics to communicate with stakeholders and align them on the progress with recruiting efforts Team Management &amp; Mentoring : - Works closely with the Recruiting team, manages their efforts and is able to effectively review progress and drive course corrections - Provides guidance to the team members to help them become more efficient and higher skilled - Strikes the right balance between setting high standards of delivery / accountability and yet operating with high levels of empathy to understand the pain points of the team members
