- Create, shape, and implement end to end recruitment process (sourcing till on-boarding) which aligns with the business strategies
- Build recruitment strategies including mapping talent and pipeline management, sourcing techniques, bulk hiring management and take them to execution
- Develop strategies to scale up the hiring by 3x in the firm in the current year and ensure smooth project execution with the business across different sites
- Be an advisor while working very closely with the stakeholders to understand the requirements well along with sharing market insights to improve quality and TAT
- Work closely with the team internally on salary benchmarking thereby leading to appropriate retention of talent
- Work with the team to develop strong recruitment capabilities in people and system overall
- Rationalizing manpower planning and hiring data.
- Set objectives and goals for the team and also track progress.
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
- Candidates with 10-17 years of experience in IT recruitment/talent acquisition will be considered
- Adept at mapping talent and creating strong talent pipeline
- Superior people development skills and robust stakeholder management skills
- Advanced ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
