1. Should have worked in an internet / eCommerce organization   2. Execute the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper action to close gaps)  3. Work with internal terms and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.  4. Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.  5. Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization  6. Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaignplanning, talentplanning-  7. Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment process  8. Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization  9. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers  10. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
