Job Description - Our client, a leading Insurance Player is looking to hire a Head of Talent Acquisition to manage a team of 20 to 25 people.

Description:
- Looking to hire someone from large (10k plus company size) financial services company (Banks, Insurers, NBFC, Broking, AMCs).
- Someone who has a strong hold on mass front line sales hiring vs only corporate hiring.
Profile:
- Should have experience in Volume Hiring. Minimum 500-1000 hiring a month in Front Line Sales
- Should have team management experience atleast 15 members
- Experience in hiring for Tier 2/3 & 4 Cities
- Should have experience in HR analytics, understands matrix complexities, tech savy, stakeholder management
- Preference to hire someone from (Banks, Insurers, NBFC, Broking, AMCs).
Reporting - CHRO
Location - Mumbai
