- Leading the entire recruitment cycle, starting from assessing the manpower need to build the pipeline of professionals in niche segments with focus on quality, cost, sourcing mix and cycle time.
- Conceptualizing the recruitment strategies aligned with BU goals to achieve the recruitment numbers.
- Collaborating with business leaders to understand the strategy, talent needs and potential roles for the near future.
- Supervising the process of sourcing & screening the candidates; evaluating the fitment in terms of responsibilities, compensation & notice period.
- Mentoring team members on the head hunting, market mapping and social media hiring techniques.
- Adhering to the TAT/SLAs and ensuring quality profiles are selected within strict timelines and as per compliance.
- Ensuring team's revenue targets are achieved.
- Generating & analyzing the periodic recruitment reports for assisting the decision-making of stakeholders.
