Head - Talent Acquisition - FMCG (8-10 yrs)
Head - TA - Consumer
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and campus hiring-
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience and build hiring capability in the organisation
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Leverage technology in hiring - system adoption
- Driving organization culture and values - articulation and activation of the key culture tenets, further building the employer brand
- Partner with employee's corporate functions to gather insights on their engagement and plan interventions for continuous improvement of employee experience
- Direct Reports: IC role (will indirectly work with all HRBPs)
Key Requirements/Skill Needs:
- Qualification: MBA from a premier B School
- Experience; 8-10 years work experience, Primarily FMCG. Sales HR stint mandatory
- Preferred Age Group; 35-38
