Head - Talent Acquisition - FMCG (12-14 yrs)

Our client is one of the fastest growing FMCG companies based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance

- Maintain a strong understanding of how the industry trends and competitive landscape impact the business and accordingly identify the most suitable recruiting approaches that support high performance hiring

- Design and implement recruiting programs and processes that attract, select and hire a highly qualified workforce

- Manage workforce planning and resource allocation to effectively meet the business demand

- Ensure that the candidate experience is consistent across all hiring interactions

- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and have a strong network of potential candidates

- Measure, assess and continuously optimize the effectiveness of the talent acquisition processes to drive faster delivery of quality hires to the business

- Act as an escalation point in relation to recruitment service delivery issues and effectively overcome the same

- Create a network of preferred vendors and continuously monitor processes through vendor evaluations and management

- Develop and enhance employer branding strategies to engage and attract the best talent

- Manage campus relations, young talent hiring as well establish the organization as an employer of choice

Skills & Experience:

- 12-14 years of strong experience in talent acquisition

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

- Must be extremely tech-oriented and possess excellent project management and organization skills to work and lead several initiatives simultaneously, effectively and efficiently

- Highly energetic with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high growth and dynamic environment

- Must be result-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature and must effectively deal with ambiguity

- Well-developed experience in using multiple recruiting strategies and sources including advanced use of technology
