- Finalisation of manpower planning numbers, sourcing & selection mechanism and robust regional on-boarding.

- Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring, Cost control and optimization

- Sales Team engagement through in-house online employee engagement survey through survey monkey ensuring timely roll out and ensure actionable plans are agreed basis results and impact scores.

- End to end implementation of performance management processes (including process closure within timelines, bell curve finalization with leadership, deciding increments, PIPs for low performers)

- Skill gap identification process for the frontline sales staff followed by designing capability development interventions through in-house as well as external faculty.

- Conceptualised and designed end to end assessment centres for Front line Sales Staff followed by individual learning action plans and monitoring.

- Working in close coordination with line managers to foresee & resolve and employee issues / grievances.

- Ensuring availability of Internal Talent for taking up Critical roles (through Talent Segmentation, ADCs)

- Developing identified successors (through 70:20:10 approach) to take on larger roles

- Exit Interview Analysis and action planning

- Designed & conceptualised 90-days feedback program to bring arrest early attrition levels for new joiners.
