About the Role :
As the Talent Acquisition head, you will be taking care of all external applications, handling all interactions with the consultants, and hiring the best talent for the firm. The ideal candidate moves quickly as a builder and do- er and proactively partners with all the stakeholders to ensure overall program effectiveness.
Also, one of the most important responsibilities will be to drive the overall cost of hiring low for any role. You will be the one making decisions on where should the profiles for a role be sourced from and how should the mix of these sources be, to achieve minimum cost.
What will you do?
- Analyze and propose with the right mix of sources for different roles, while ensuring the requirements are met in time and cost is minimized.
- Build strong relationships with recruitment consultants, people leadership, business partners, and other stakeholders outside the people team.
- Consult with stakeholders to prioritize, assess business needs, and seek continuous improvements on existing processes and programs.
- Be curious and knowledgeable about the business you will be working with.
- Evangelize the Brand
- Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
