Our client is a fast growing FinTech start up, Series A funded, and currently heading for another round. In this role, the candidate will be expected to: - Lead the recruitment function and thereby support the organization in their next phase of growth - Re-engineer existing and design new best practices within the recruitment space and create a stronger employer brand - Support the leadership team in hiring for strategic roles across both tech and non-tech with a major focus on mid to senior level roles - Design the entire recruitment strategy to support the organizations growth plans - Act as an advisor for the leadership and ensure proper stakeholder engagement and exhibits strong relationships & equity skills -Grow the organizations recruitment team to be better equipped to support their growth A successful candidate must: - Have 8-12 years of experience in the recruitment space, having hired for both tech and non-tech positions - Prior experience in scaling up businesses align with building a strong team - Have exposure in hiring for positions across mid and senior levels - Have managed various employer branding projects aligned with a purpose of talent attraction - Good knowledge of sourcing tools and technologies including social media platforms - Exceptional communication & articulation skills
