Responsibilities :

- Engage with the business leadership team in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, branding, assessment and other areas to support all recruiting teams.

- Lead a team of talent acquisition resources to optimize candidate experience while meeting hiring plans and targets

- Responsible for meeting monthly hiring targets, overseeing hiring funnels across roles and functions, and actively managing hiring funnels

- Provide weekly and monthly updates on hiring plan vs actuals while identifying areas of improvement

- Leverage hiring management tools to analyse data and performance of the team

- Build and implement new sourcing strategies

- Ensure adherence to TAT and process for closure of all roles

- Counsel the candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment & appropriately gauge his/her fitment with our company culture & ensure hiring of great fits only

- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers & stakeholders with requisite hiring and employment data.

- Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research pool with regards to talent acquisition, market salary trends, campus hiring trends, etc

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment life cycle management

- Prior experience of managing a talent acquisition and recruitment coordinator

- Experience in hiring and scaling teams for early stage startups or similar organisations; Fintech experience is a plus

- Experience in building teams across functions, roles, and level of experience

- Have experience with using LinkedIn daily to recruit, along with emerging job boards, ATSes, Talent portfolio sites & forums, etc.

- Exposure and understanding of the most current recruiting and sourcing tools and strategies

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and show resilience in a fast-paced, complex environment

- Exhibit a high degree of ownership required to succeed in a high-growth organization
