Head - Talent Acquisition - FinTech (10-18 yrs)
FINTECH : BENGALURU
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team! You will be responsible for finding, recruiting, and hiring the top talent in Tech & Product roles.

Recruiting :
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet tech & product hiring requirements
- Lead our sourcing strategies
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine the professional who would be an ideal fit
- You, at all times, will be in touch with candidates and help onboard new hires.
Stakeholder Management :
- Maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Effectively manage relationships with recruiting agencies.
Process Improvement :
- Unlearning and learning and transferring best practices to the workplace
- We expect you to be an active contributor, a thinker working to improve the way we hire and the methodologies we adopt to build out the recruitment function.
Metrics :
- Overseeing the candidate experience (e.g., application process, communications, and interviews) and tracking its effectiveness
- Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance of TA partners (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire,source-of-hire, etc.)
Mentoring :
- Lead from the front and guide the team to closure
- Unblock the challenges of your team members by guiding them
- Set an example for your team, draw a plan for their career goals, and take them to success.
