Job Title: Head Talent Acquisition - Financial services
We are looking for a talented, self-motivated individual to join the team who would take complete ownership for the hiring requirements in the company and would be able to scale the company rapidly without compromising on the set quality standards.
Duties:
- Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Manage end to end recruitment activities across all hiring levels Understand and employ the right selection methods to be used for various positions
- Lead employer branding activities
- Develop the recruiting abilities of the recruiting team and the hiring managers
Professional Experience:
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related Master's degree ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification and professional certification in HR and 10- 15 years of relevant work experience TA.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Good relationship skills and people skills
- Ability to work on targets and over-achieve them
- Strong sense of commitment to company culture
- Ability to motivate and lead a large team
- Possess high level of integrity and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to interact with senior executives in an efficient manner
