- Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

- Identifying Training need, developing module & organizing training and development programs for managerial as well as non-managerial employees. Employee satisfaction survey, HR Budget, employee engagement.

- Planning & organizing different HR motivational activities. Managing employee relation activities.

- Developing an employee retention strategy and implementing.
