About the Role :

- The Talent Acquisition Head is a critical member of our growing HR team. With a team size of 6 individuals, his/her responsibilities will include sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company.

- Partner with the business team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

- Lead and Manage the talent acquisition team and process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings

- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals

- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives

- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience

- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations

- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics. Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance

- Implement Technology initiatives designed to make processes stronger, as well give a better employee experience

- Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics

Requirements :

- 7+ years of prior experience in a senior HR role, along with experience in team building and management

- Interpersonal skills to effectively manage, interact, negotiate, and communicate with employees.

- Know-how of Application Tracking Software

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
