We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Head to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. The role/responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs. Key Responsibility Areas: Talent Acquisition: - End to end Talent Acquisition for critical positions (GM and above) (Using Linkedin, IIMJobs, Naukri and agencies) - Shortlisting, Task/Activities, final Interview, salary negotiations, on boarding. - For leadership roles designed manpower plan (across levels),aligned with business growth plan. - Designed Job profile and job specification and poaching strategy for leadership roles, - Designed KRA and variable pay structure along with disbursal structure for leadership team. - Tie ups with vendors and freelancers for hiring through external stakeholders. - Supervising and mentoring TA process for reporting team. - Supervising and designing promotion strategy in digital media platforms
