Talent Acquisition Head - Education Group (Mumbai)

- We are executing a search for a large Education Group which is into multiple pre/K-12 Schools in India.

Position : Talent Acquisition Head - Group Level

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- Heading the overall Talent Acquisition function at Group Level

- Involved in overall Recruitment Strategy and Manpower Planning

- Designing and implementing innovative but effective recruitment strategies to cater to the diverse and niche talent needs

- Defining clear criteria and designing appropriate methods and processes for candidate evaluation, selection and fitment

- Reviewing and streamlining of existing recruitment-related systems and processes, introduction of new ones as required

- Ensure Coordination with and aligning internal stakeholders to ensure quick decision-making and closing of positions

- Spearheading the design, development and implementation of automated on-line recruitment systems

- Creation, implementation and tracking of the annual hiring budget

- Owning and strengthening the 'employer brand' of the group across multiple platforms and channels of communication

- Vendor Management as required

Requirements : MBA with 10 to 15 Years of relevant experience in Corporates/Consulting firms.
