Talent Acquisition : - Ensuring all the job descriptions are updated on the basis of requirements. Posting new jobs on different job portals, screening of resumes, short listing of the candidates, salary negotiations - Preparation of Offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters and other relevant documentation - Taking care of the entire on boarding, documentation, background verifications - Induction program for the new joiners - Employee engagement activities - KRAs designing - Goal setting - Grievance handling - Payroll management - Attendance and leave management - Managing townhalls by the Head of the division - HRIS updates - Performance management and incentive workshop management. - Incentive planning and designing. - Identifying training needs and coordination with the employees for further developments - Administering the exit interviews, processing the Full and Final payment calculation for all the terminated employees - Sending all the HR communications to the employees. - Review the policy documents and sending the same in case of any changes
