Head - Talent Acquisition - eCommerce/Retail (7-11 yrs)
Talent Acquisition Head Purplle.com - People from E Comm / Retail will be preferred
1. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, including job requirements, qualifications, and cultural fit.
4. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to effectively partner and influence talent acquisition decisions.
5. Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to senior candidates/ for niche roles by utilizing a variety of recruitment channels and platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
7. Develop and maintain strong networks and relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, implementing innovative approaches to attract top talent.
9. Establish and track key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process and make data-driven decisions. This will also involve creating/ revamping existing processes in light of emerging trends from data / changing business requirements.
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
