We are looking for a creative &amp; dynamic Talent Acquisition Head for a fast-growing startup, one of India's largest technology platform delivering digital solutions for workforce management, throughout the entire value chain. Role Overview : The Talent Acquisition Head will lead the Talent Acquisition function and be responsible for building a strong employer brand and designing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities : - Lead TA strategy and implementation for fast growth &amp; manage hiring as per business plan. - Responsible for Tech/ Non Tech &amp; leadership hiring. - Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance - Forecasting future hiring needs on the basis of business growth strategies - Design &amp; Implement employer branding initiatives - Preparing, reviewing and monitoring the annual budget for recruitment - Managing, training and evaluating the Talent Acquisition team - Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings - Manage stakeholder relationships in the company/work with functional heads. - Managing partnerships with alumni associations, colleges and job boards Key requirements to succeed : - Prior Experience of working in a tech startup. &nbsp;- TA Leadership experience &amp; building a company's employer brand - MBA in HR from a top tier institute (TISS, XLRI, etc) &amp; overall experience of 12-15 years in Talent Acquisition - Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills - Ability to build trust and collaborative relationships - Comfortable with ambiguity &amp; high learning agility and problem solving skills.
