Our client is a growing Gurgaon-based Ecommerce start-up.
Job Profile:
- Identifying organisation's needs and work to create an efficient talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the business goals.
- Work closely with the Business to understand the talent needs for the next 3 years to built a strong pipeline.
- Set up the entire campus hiring program & partner with Institutes and the internal L&D team to focus on the source, train & hire model.
- Standardize the selection process to bring relevant talent that aligns with the business goals.
- Create dashboards to analyze key talent, TAT, input & output parameters.
Candidate Profile:
- 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong thought process.
- Should have seen growth, scale, and volume.
- Willingness to learn and implement newer processes.
- Ability to manage a large team.
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strategic skills
