- Establish long-term and short-term recruiting strategies to deliver on key organizational metrics
- Provide overall direction and management for Talent Acquisition strategy, guidelines and processes comprising best practices, systems and methodologies, including social media, assessment and analytics
- Plan and deliver recruitment and campus drives
- Be a thought leader in the space of market intelligence, data analytics, recruiting trends and legislative initiatives that have short and long-term implications on the profitability of the business
- Foster a highly proactive sourcing environment, using the latest sourcing tools, methodologies and talent mapping approach
- Identify and attract unique candidate skill sets in a highly competitive marketplace
- Develop and lead a high-performance recruiting team
- Manage external recruiting agencies
- Manage department budget and financial objectives along with HR function Lead
- Evaluate and refine recruiting processes to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal candidate experience
