Roles & Responsibilities :

Reporting into the Head HR your roles and responsibilities will be as under:

- Create and deploy strategies to strengthen the organisation capabilities wrt Talent Acquisition

- Scale up existing recruitment teams to produce best results across the company

- Grow and scale up recruitment processes to meet the needs of all the functions and business units

- Work closely with business leaders and HR team to implement and improve staffing systems

- Manage the entire campus drive and employer branding across the region

- Manage the end to end hiring process for the APAC region

- Create processes and implement staffing systems tool and on boarding process to ensure maximum automation and process efficiencies
