Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition process at India level, Conduct offer negotiations, release offer and appointments letters, Rollout IJP/ERP, manage transfers, Earlier experience in D&I space, Lead the team of site Recruiters, Conduct Campus, Manage consultants, Independently manage background verification and psychometric assessment.
- Maintain Dashboard and KPIs. Maintain MIS, Reports, presentations, HR Analytics will be added advantage
Employer Branding-
- Create Value proposition and support the Employer Branding initiatives
- Create and sustain amicable Candidates Experience
- Ensure Candidate Engagement during notice period
- Manage Linkedin, Naukri, Job boards, Manage Job Fair, Adverts Support Success Factors -Recruiting-
- Ensure the SF process is followed, SPOC for Region India on recruiting queries, Train the manager son SF recruiting.
Handle Audits :
- Ensure strong documentation and filing at site level, managing the site recruiters on documentation/filing, be conversant with management handbook processes at Schaeffler and ensure adherence, Prepare the MIS and ensure process adherence, Face all audits independently
Support the sites on Recruitments, Others - Support Onboarding process, Experience in handling Headcount planning and Budgeting, IndependentlyhandlevendorasSPOC,Handleandmanagementhiringmanageratallsites,
Manage and track the hiring cost, payment schedules
