- The incumbent would be leading the TA and Campus Hiring.
- We are looking for a leader to create and drive a recruitment strategy in alignment with the business strategy.
- This role will own workforce planning and arrive at sourcing and hiring strategy for the entire year and tweak the strategy interim wherever required during the year to meet the target.
- The incumbent will work through both - fresher and lateral hiring experience and is instrumental in bringing in the best recruitment partners to work with us while maintaining excellent partner relations.
- The TA Manager will build bridges and course-correct any gaps between the hiring managers, the sourcing and recruitment partners, and the candidates thus creating a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- The person will focus on the process excellence of current sourcing channels and introduce new channels through market research and analytics.
- We are seeking a person who has experience managing RPO and/or sourcing partners in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about inclusive hiring and diversity as well.
