Job Summary:

- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic AVP Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition efforts.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring the organization attracts top talent to meet business objectives.

- This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in talent acquisition best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals. Lead and mentor the recruitment team to enhance performance and efficiency.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop hiring plans. Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events.

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and hiring best practices. Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships effectively.

- Utilize HR technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline processes.

Requirements & Qualifications Education:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

Experience: 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Expertise in recruitment technologies, ATS, and HR analytics.

- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of industry trends, employer branding, and diversity hiring.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
