Looking for a dynamic and high productivity Talent Acquisition professional who has led hiring in various IT domain. He/she would be helping us achieving their respective Business Unit Hiring goals.
The incumbent will successfully develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth, built and lead a team of diverse talent acquisition specialists at different levels in various locations, collaborate with different internal stakeholders to ensure top-notch talent.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partners closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs
- Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents
- Be the trusted advisor that BU's can reach to understanding talent availability and market intelligence
- Leverage deep recruiting expertise in implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with required skillsets to support business and growth objectives
- Manage and inspire a talent acquisition unit to deliver outstanding results while effectively maintaining SLAs like cost per hire, cost of hire, source mix, offer to join ratio for the BU, talent experience
- Experience in hiring talent for large accounts and supporting the large business units.
The Successful Applicant
MBA from a reputed institution with around 8 to 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition across functions. You should have lead a team of TA professionals and managed partners including vendors. Prior experience of working with a technology start-up is a must.
