Role: Talent Acquisition Head
Reporting to: CHRO
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and leading the TA function as a central COE
- Identify internal talent to manage TA and employer branding and structure the team accordingly
- Manage, streamline and implement the existing ATS
- Take control of recruitment cost centrally
Preferred Candidate:
- 10-15 years of experience
- Exceptional skill of managing strategic talent acquisition and streamlining processes
- Strong hands-on experience and driven to build a superior TA COE
- Strong stakeholder management skills
