Job Description:

Job Title: Head Talent Acquisition

Function: Recruitment

Reporting To (Position): Head - People Management

Work Location: Khairatabad, Hyderabad

Shift Time 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm

A. Key Accountabilities: The position is responsible for

1. Responsible for work-force planning & talent acquisition for a target base of 1300 employees(mid to sr. management position ) across multiple functions.

2. Manage end to end TA process: sourcing, screening, competency-based interviews, offer negotiation and on-boarding of all new hires.

3. Track & analyze key hiring metrics ( TAT, Source Utilization, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire) required for measuring TA efficiency on a monthly basis - recognized for good quality of hire during tenure.

4. Undertake projects during tenure which include creating TA manual, designing training modules for TA process, conducting e-survey for feedback on strategy for pan-India operations with specialized focus on standardization of TA processes & policies and further development of specialized tools to support the TA function.

5. Maintain processes to measure, analyze and report TA efficiency across entire network.

6. Manage end-to-end hiring for all top management positions across India

7. Accountable for the overall employer branding strategy for the organization including launch of the careers website and management of e-branding initiatives.

8. Extensively work on launching LinkedIn as a source of recruitment & leveraging it for employer branding

9. Create a framework to measure Talent Market Share for top management positions.

10. Develop TA screening tool to asses cultural fitment of the candidate

B. Qualification / Experience : -

Qualification: MBA(Premium B School)

Experience (In years): 5 to 8
