Head - Talent Acquisition - BPO (8-15 yrs)
1. Manage end-to-end Pan India Talent Acquisition Process across levels across functions which involves Manpower Planning and Forecasting, Sourcing, Screening, Planning and execution of logistics, Interviewing, Background Checks, Compensation Negotiation, Coordinate with vendors
2.Partnering with business leaders/hiring managers and understanding the hiring needs with emphasis on bulk manpower needs.
3.Analyzing trends effectively to predict headcount requirements and appropriate strategies. 4.Developing sourcing strategy in partnership with the hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions.
5.Optimizing Processes and responsible for ensuring system adherence and compliance and implementing steps to enhance team efficiency.
6.Developing and monitoring key metrics for recruiting effectiveness for talent acquisition.
7.Delivering on multiple hiring projects at various level of hierarchy within core businesses
8. Extensive use social media & other online platforms/tools for Talent Acquisition
9. Connect with graduate colleges/ Campus for bulk recruitment for call centers / BPO / ITES
