- Establish recruitment processes and policies.
- Vendor Management right from evaluating the vendors and working with them.
- Analyse and present Market and hiring trends and Best Practices
- Introduce methods to measure, access and continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruitment team.
- Keeping abreast of latest market and industry trends.
