Head - Talent Acquisition - BFSI (9-18 yrs)
Designation : Chief Manager/Senior Manager
Location : Corporate Office North
Reporting to: HR Head
Role :
- Identifying sourcing avenues across level/regions for hiring.
- Introducing low cost hiring options.
- Networking with potential sources to improve quality of hire.
- Continuously investigating and evaluating Compensation benchmarks in BFSI sector.
- Standardize system of hiring and short listing candidate across RHR(Regional HR)
- Standardize interviewing procedure; Introduce competency bases interviewing technique
- Evaluation of recruitment and selection process
- TAT monitoring & maintaining MIS across region & reporting to senior management.
- Develop synergy across RHR for talent acquisition.
- Creating competency based job descriptions for key positions that facilitate cost effective manpower restructuring
- Initiate Employee engagement activity
Responsibility :
- Maintaining TAT within 35-40 days for front line position and 40-50 days for senior level position.
- Quality of hiring in terms of competence
- Directing RHR on Talent Acquisition.
- Employer Branding.
