Head Talent Acquisition - Diversity candidate - Gurgaon


Role- Head TA

Reporting to- Head HR

Team Size- 12

Location- Gurgaon

Task Duties & Responsibilities-

- Assuming overall responsibility of the Talent Acquisition function for the organization.

- Lead workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team.

- Execute the defined recruitment activities through collaboration with business managers for effective business results.

- Responsible for spearheading and driving large scale complexity driven hiring across functions. The candidate should have prior experience in a fast paced environment of shared services

- The candidate should manage scale of Hiring operations along with ensuring the standard Quality metrics, in capacity of a TA- Head

- Control overall cost of hiring and optimally utilize recruitment budget by effectively deploying internal resources and recruitment source mix

- Providing strategic direction to various TA plans and procedures for organization wide, leading development and implement of TA policies

- Provide the businesses with critical TA metrics and market intelligence to make data driven decisions, identify gaps, and drive improvements

- Work inclusively with all stakeholders to engender a collaborative working approach

- Manage key ratios of TAT, CPH, Joining Ratio, Referral contribution and infant mortality

- Developing, managing and maintaining a highly-skilled team to assist with talent acquisition and development.

- Acting as a SPOC for Leadership Team on TA and influence and suggest business leaders on strategies, challenges and best people practices

- Stay at the pulse of time exchanging with external sources, i.e. peer organizations to acknowledge any trends and best practices in talent acquisition and markets which could impact upon the business

Requirements

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Management

- 12-15 years of professional experience with proven ability to direct a large team and execute effectively. (Shared Services first preference)

- Experience in leading and developing recruiting teams.

- Demonstrate experience in leading high quality recruiting delivery across a broad range of functions and disciplines within a multinational company is strongly required
