Head - Talent Acquisition - BFS (10-15 yrs)
Managing and supporting a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, you will work closely with the Group HRD Head and senior stakeholders and take the lead with the hiring process for new people across a number of office locations.
This will include responsibility for:
- Developing and leading the talent acquisition strategy across the company
- Managing our employer brand both internally and externally
- Evaluating and enhancing the use of attraction, selection and offer processes
- Implementing detailed sourcing/attraction strategies for timely and cost effective delivery of resources for the highest calibre and most diverse talent pool
- Building a positive candidate experience through effective and timely communication
- Accountable for driving down cost with a focus on direct sourcing through social media and networking and utilising other innovative sourcing methods to identify top senior talent
- Analysing the most effective sourcing channels to inform future attraction strategies
- Work closely with the Group HRD to design graduate programmes and develop university relationships in our main locations with a view to market our employer brand effectively.
- Ensure the team maintains accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches and job requirements; track candidates in applicant tracking system; provide hiring metrics/reports as needed.
- Manage relationships and communication with recruiting vendors; execute vendor contracts.
