Requirements :
- Experience of leading/ managing the talent acquisition function across multi-location, multi-functional teams, with a proven track record in designing and implementing major recruiting strategies.
- In-depth exposure to hiring high end at all levels.
- Experience of managing and monitoring sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency.
- Partnering with hiring teams to build effective planning, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage candidate/ partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes to deliver quality results.
- Designing and implementation of Recruitment strategy in consultation with the respective business head
