Head - Talent Acquisition - APAC/APME - BPO (7-10 yrs)

As the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager you will collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to ensure that global processes and strategies are effectively implemented within the ASP region.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Lines of Business across ASP to identify and understand current and future recruitment needs by ensuring regional hiring forecast management, and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve and drive effective recruitment and business performance across the region, which will provide for future Succession Planning and deliver on the Confidential Client Must Win Battles

- Develop and train, manage and retain a highly skilled, scalable and diverse talent acquisition team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Diversity hiring and Hiring Manager and Candidate satisfaction, etc

- Be the regional owner of the Employer Branding & Employer Value Proposition strategies in collaboration with the global team this will include, but not be limited to, identifying and managing partnerships with alumni associations, colleges, universities, etc, social media platforms and job boards, participating in and hosting recruitment events for driving our Company's brand awareness as well as implementing and driving suitable regional / sub regional employer branding initiatives and activities

- Implement, lead and measure Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, ensuring Confidential Client meets its objectives in this area

- Responsible for the validation and the processing of PO requests for the monthly RPO/RoD invoices received from Vendors

- Support the relevant global and regional teams to drive the Talent Brokering process, to ensure the nominated Confidential Client Talents are considered for promotional or lateral opportunities

Qualifications:

- At least a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field

- Min. 8 years experience in full recruitment life cycle with strong experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition as well as experience in managing and driving employer branding initiatives and activities

- Ability to develop and maintain long term strategic relationships and influence internal cross-cultural stakeholders and teams as well as external 3rd party vendors

- Experience gained from a large international company, and preferably experience working within a matrix structure

- Experience with personality/selection assessments HOGAN modules is desirable.
