- Experience developing and implementing the comprehensive recruiting program. - Collaborates closely with all stakeholders in the business to deliver the very best hiring experience in line with core organizational vision & objectives. - Responsible for Sourcing Planning and Managing pipeline across Meeting recruiting targets and managing internal or external stakeholders. - Proactively look for ways to innovate and improve the way of hiring at the company and deliver projects and process enhancements that positively impact the business and TA team. - Experience in projects regarding Diversity and Inclusion, Candidate experience, Referral, Market research, University/Campus hiring and passive hiring using social media. - Responsible for end-to-end hiring - Screening, Sourcing, Offer Rollout, Compensation negotiations, liaison with Comp and Ben, Candidate Management etc. - Working with the business team to understand the frequently asked skills and making pipeline & virtual offers for the same. - Business interaction: Regular meetings with Business Vertical Leaders to review and understand workforce plans.
