S/he will be responsible to partner with users and help business deliver products which will help in improving revenue and decreasing cost. S/he will need to understand user requirements with regard to treasury, help in implementation of Treasury strategy, and provide comprehensive solutions and get same implemented. End to End Program/Project Management with specific focus on on-time and quality delivery.

Position Responsibilities:

Sr. Key Responsibilities

1. Suggest innovative solutions to the needs of the business and operations to effectively manage the treasury business and introduce new products/systems/practices to meet the requirement of business.

2. Analysis of new requirement and translation of the same to Requirement Specification Document

3. Participation in discussions and developing deep understanding of Integrated Treasury requirements

4. Support the treasury Front, Mid and Back Office for both Domestic, Foreign, DerivativesBusiness Operations by providing system solution

5. Presenting and preparing proposals RFP and BRD to recommend new products/services to improve the business.

6. Coordinating with Technology partner, business, risk and operations teams for gathering requirements, Understand Requirement, Feasibility Check, Prepare BRD and Requirement Sign-off

7. Suggestion and implement system solutions to Improve the operational efficiency and cost savings and Customer delight and support to the end-user

8. Preparation of Requirement documents, test plan - Carrying out testing for the solutions and resolution of issues

9. Thorough analysis for system production issues faced and provide effective solutions

10. Working with internal customers to resolve the issues, enhance the current system to reduce the manual intervention

11. Impart User training on system enhancements/Implementation

12. Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems

13. As part of project execution co-ordination with various departments, users, product team, support teams like Operations, IT, Vendors and ensuring timely implementation of the projects

14. Well versed with complex products such as Options, FRAs, IRS, Structured Products, Derivatives etc

15. Improve/Upgrade system-solutions for improving operating efficiency and reducing processing costs through higher levels of automation

16. Experience in presenting and preparing proposals RFP and BRD to recommend new products/services to improve the business.

17. System awareness; testing and certification of the various products changes/customizations of Treasury system

18. Constantly keep a watch on the market and track the changes happening on the business and on regulations and keep guiding the business to improve and remain complaint to the regulations.
