Our Client is looking for a Head - Digital Banking based out of Gurgoan.
KRA:
1. Defining digital strategy and road map for Retail Banking Biz along with the Consumer Management Team.
2. Working with stakeholders across business and support functions to lead the client facing and back end digital transformation plan.
3. Create and run a team of subject matter expert on digital products and technologies and lead innovation and use cases on this front
4. Own the digital KPIs for migration of client business and transaction to digital channel with defined cost budgets.
5. Lead partnerships in the digital domain to create new lines of business, augment new client acquisition and customer experience.
6. Ensure compliance to all relevant regulation and evolve internal governance models for the inter-connected digital world.
