Job Purpose: To meet organisation regulatory requirements pertaining to Plastic Waste Management, CGWA, EHS. Implement systems & processes to standardize the Environment operations to have sustainable results. Responsibility - 1. Preparation, monitoring and implementation of Environment and sustainability policies 2. Compliance Management Fulfilling the statutory requirements pertaining to environment Review of consent conditions 3. Review EPR compliance as part of Plastic Waste Management Rules. 4. Coordination with EPR service provider to ensure the recycling process is as per PAPL requirements.Monthly MIS to management on EPR progress 5. Review of RWH compliance as per CGWA requirements 6. Implementation of Water Resource Management system 7. Resource conservation 8. Develop pollution control/prevention and recycling programmes (Air, Water, Noise, Soil and Waste) 9. Key Performance indicators &amp; Management systems for Environment 10. Recognize emerging problems and proactively develop solutions 11. Identify, assess and reduce the organization's environmental risks and financial costs 12. Train staff at all levels in environmental issues and responsibilities 13. Develop and implement sale strategies for environmental goods and services 14. Consider audit and report on environmental performances of all the factories 15. Implementation and evaluation of Good Manufacturing Practices 16. Develop Objectives/Lead &amp; Lag indicators for H &amp; S. Monthly MIS. Experience - - Legal Requirement as per Environment, Health &amp; Safety. - ETP operations - Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016/2018 - CGWA Requirements - Science Graduate, P.G. in Science / B.
