Head - Supply & Operations - Internet/Online (7-14 yrs)
The Head - Supply and Operations will be a key pillar of company's top leadership team and will be responsible for three core areas of the business
1) Vendor and supply management: Core responsibilities including, but not limited to :
a. Supply growth strategy and performance management
b. Building and managing a team of category leaders for
i. Vendor identification, on boarding and relationship management
ii. Supply quality control
iii. Incentives and contract management
c. Website content and catalogue management through content team
d. New customer product ideas based on demand-supply and trend analytics
e. End to End vendor experience management
2) Product and solution development: Core responsibilities including, but not limited to
a. Vendor side process digitization through vendor app (and/or portal)
b. Integration with front-end, other products and 3rd party tools
3) Operations and fulfilment: Core responsibilities including, but not limited to
a. Customer experience strategy and performance management for the logistics side
b. Delivery and logistics management through ops supervisors and 3rd party logistics
c. Warehousing and inventory control
